While we stand behind our work, certain items may not be covered under our warranty. Including:
- Customer provided parts
- Used or salvaged parts
- Wear and tear items that fail due to normal use
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, overheating, or lack of maintenance
- Failures related to unrelated vehicle systems or components
- Off-road, racing, or modified vehicle applications unless otherwise stated
Some repairs and parts may carry different warranty terms. Any exceptions will be discussed and documented at the time of service.

Our Warranty Comittment
To maintain warranty coverage, customers should follow all recommended maintenance schedules and promptly address any vehicle concerns. If you experience a problem related to a recent repair, please contact us before authorizing repairs elsewhere. All warranty related concerns must return to Lee's Automotive for inspection prior replacement authorization. Repairs, diagnostics, or parts replacement performed at another repair facility, without our prior authorization, will void any applicable warranty coverage for the original repair. We are not responsible for reimbursement of repairs, towing charges, rental vehicles, transportation related expenses, lost wages, or other expenses incurred as a result of work performed by another shop. All warranty determinations must be made by Lee's Automotive before warranty coverage can be considered.

Important Information
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and most parts installed by our technicians for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of repair. If a covered part fails or a repair related issue occurs during the warranty period, we will inspect the concern and make the necessary corrections in accordance with our warranty policy.
