Lily's interest in the automotive industry began during her teenage years and has continued to grow ever since. That passion led her to Lee's Automotive, where she started her career as a Service Advisor before quickly advancing to a Technician role. Since making the transition into the shop, she has gained hands on experience with a wide variety of repairs, including brakes, suspension, and assisting with engine replacements. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, and she is constantly working to expand her skills and knowledge in the automotive field. For her, being a female in the automotive industry is both rewarding and empowering. While the field has been traditionally male dominated, more women, like Lily, are proving everyday that passion, skill, and determination matter far more than gender. When she's not in the shop, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, family and friends, and continuing to learn more about the automotive world.​​

Ben's passion for automotive repair began at just 16 years old. What started as an interest in working on cars quickly grew into a lifelong career dedicated to learning, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles. Now, with nearly 20 years of hands on experience, he has built a reputation for quality work and dependable service. Throughout Ben's career, he developed a strong background with General Motors vehicles and went to become a Chevrolet/GM technician. In 2025, Ben joined the team at Lee's Automotive where he continues to provide honest recommendations and quality work. He takes pride in helping people understand their automotive needs without pressure or unnecessary repairs. When he's not in the shop, you'll likely find him spending time with his dog, out on the water fishing, or helping friends with their own automotive projects and repair needs. His passion for cars extends far beyond the workplace, it's simply a part of who he is.

Ryan's automotive career began as a tire and lube technician at his uncle's shop while he was still a teenager. After graduating from automotive technical school, he steadily advanced through the industry, gaining experience in suspension and brake repair before specializing in advanced vehicle diagnostics. Over the years, he has worked on a wide range of vehicles, from everyday drivers such as Ford and Honda to luxury and high performance brands including BMW and Ferrari. In 2014, he joined Lee's Automotive as an ASE Certified Master Technician. After years of serving customers and building strong relationships, he purchased the business from Lee in May 2021. Today, with more than 30 years of automotive repair experience, he continues to lead Lee's Automotive with a commitment to honest service and quality repairs.

Taylor / Service Advisor

Taylor's passion for automotive started when she was 10 years old, spending time in her uncle's garage. She was always fascinated by engines, how vehicles worked, and the process of fixing something that was broken. Watching a skilled technician bring a vehicle back to life sparked an interest that has stayed with her forever. As she got older, she learned to perform her own maintenance. That passion led her into the automotive industry in 2017, when she started working at a lube service center as a customer service representative. It didn't take long for her to discover that she enjoyed helping people just as much as she loved cars. She then advanced her career, and in 2022 she became a Service Advisor. For her, being a Service Advisor is more than just a job. It's about building relationships, earning trust, and educating people about their vehicles. When she's not at work you will usually find her improving upon her own vehicles or attending automotive events. She truly loves what she does and is grateful to be a part of Lee's Automotive.
